17 and balding?

I'm 17 years old and my hair started thinning around a year and 7 months ago right around when I lost 66 pounds of my weight I thought what I was doing was healthy though my died consisted of hotdogs and cola diet on top of that my dad is bald and one of my brothers is bald aswell I've been taking a Phil for it called priorin my doctor said it might be male pattern baldness it is the worst on the crown area and it's kinda bad in the front side Ive shaved my hair and started to eat healthier and messaging my scalp hoping that it'll get better I'll leave you with the pics and I'm waiting for your responses

It looks better with the buzzcut, for now. To be honest, messaging does, nothing, and to be honest, there are drug addicts and alcoholics with perfect hair. Your diet does not have much to do with it, but always better to eat better.
