Default Conditioner, Water, or Nothing in between shampoos??

I shampoo with Nizoral (2%) (or another less concentrated ketoconazole shampoo, since Nizoral is drying) every 4th day. My question is what to do in the "off days" in the middle. I've heard rinsing and conditioning is the best . Some people say only rinsing or no water at all to make sure you have some sebum remaining.

What do you think the best move is? Conditioner, rinsing, or nothing?

    Thanks
