I am fairly sure Dr Shapiro in Minneapolis has a liposomal product that is made with whatever you want with it, ie, Fin + Minox + Azelaic Acid or Dut + Minox.

I do not work for him but he and a few others are providing it now I have heard. I can get the other names if anyone is interested and post if you all want them.
