Hair Transplant Repair

Has anyone done a repair to basically go to a more natural thin (or bald) look on top? I am 52 and don't mind being bald. I was 24 during my original procedures. I just want to minimize my scars and get the unnatural (pluggy) hairline redistributed without adding any more donor hair.
