Thoughts on Nizoral 1% strength instead of using 2%? 2-3 times a week

Hey guys

wondering if anybody finds positive results with Nizoral 1% (the blue liquid instead of red) i used to occasionally use it and the rest of the time use 2% but as ive decided to try and keep my scalp and hopefully the receptors dulled, im opting to use nizoral 1% every time i wash my hair (once every 2 days generally).

Any input appreciated
