Default Did minoxidil change your hair color at all?

I've seen a number of people claim that minoxidil changed their hair color over time, usually darker, and it's also listed as a possible side effect. I'm trying to get an idea of how common this side effect is. For people who have used minoxidil for at least a few months, did you notice any change to your hair color?

Like @mrclean I've used minoxidil for decades, and seen no colour change, I've silver gray hair so it would be obvious if there had been!

Never any change for me. And I've been using it for decades.

Here's an example of a guy who said it darkened his hair color. Obviously darkening wouldn't be apparent if you started out with black or white hair.

Quite simple math, since regrowth or change in hair color for that matter is a side effect.
The ones that has been using it for ages without sides, has minimum to non regrowth.

It seems like minoxidil can sometimes have that effect. Here's another example.

It makes me think there's some colorant in the foam.

Those hairlines look different so I don't think it is the same person in photos.
