Experience with Higher Strength Minoxidil?

Has anyone hit a wall so to speak with traditional strength (5%) minox and seen new results from upping the concentration? I had pretty great results when I first started on minox back in 2014, but hit a wall that year and slowly have regressed from that point. Now I've lost a ton of hair and am wondering if upping the dose might buy me a few more years. Any others had a similar experience?

I'm using a low concentration of topical finasteride that I have compounded for me, but haven't really noticed much of an impact from that addition.

Any specific experiences with different available products?

Hey I use the 15% mixture with all additives and finesteride from Murray Avenue Apothecary. I have had good results mainly use the higher Strenght around my temples and use 5% on my whole scalp.

Depends what your adding in your regiment, IE derma roller, hair oils, etc.
