Hair loss concern

Hi I am 15 years old, I am extremely concerned about my hair and i think i am losing it rapidly. Whenever i take a shower and run my hand through my hair 5 strands of hair comes out and it has been going on for at least 1 month. When i run my fingers through my hair normally at least 1 or 2 hairs come out. Also i am concerned about my hairline it is high up and also i think my temple hair is receding. Should i be concerned and if so what should i do?
