where am I placed on the norwood scale?

I have been receding+thinning for about two years. No baldness is in my family. The father of my mother is a norwood 3 or so, but no balding. My mother has got quite thin hair because of an immune/thyroid problem, and I believe I may have the same. I have miniaturization all over the head. I have spoke with a doctor and she has told me to get my testosterone checked along with my adrenals (which I take vitamins for) and to watch my diet and exersize. Can you tell me how bad it looks?
