depends. some success stories many disappointments too.

I was thinking of non surgical one, hair tatoo pigmentation...
There is also removable one... every 6 weeks you need to visit the expert to restick it again and every year you need a new one

You mean a "hair system"? So, you don't need to go to an expert to "restick" it. You can do it yourself. You will need to go see someone to cut your own hair and shave the top of your head unless you can do it yourself. The life of the hair system depends on a number of factors, not limited to base material, length of hair, whether or not the knots are bleached (if you have knots), your own level of physical activity, sun exposure, etc.
SMP (Scalp Micro Pigmentation) is NOT hair. It's just ink on your head. You will be required to keep your head basically buzzed to 0. If you are VERY lucky, it won't look horrible. Very popular here, in Israel, in the land of the bald at 18. Very noticeable, guys with absurd hairlines and purple ink.

I took it as OP = HT.
Again a hair system works for some and not for others. It depend on the work you are willing to put in, which isnt really that much but beyond many
