Please help, 19 and balding fast

I am about to turn 19 in a month, my hairline is terrible and is giving me nightmares to the point that I can't think of anything else. I'm ultra conscious whenever I go out, I wear caps and I'm just straight up scared of my receding hairline.

The hair AROUND the temples looks fine, not much thinning (don't trust me, it's just what I think and hope) but the temple region is just gone, there's nothing left.

Please tell me how serious the situation is, will I be completely bald by the time I'm 25?

First of all, you need to CALM DOWN, stress can increase hair loss. It's hard to tell where you are without knowing... where you were. How long have you been receding? How much hair is falling now (shower, pillow, etc). Do you have a pic from a year ago to compare?

Genetics? Are you balding like other family members (I went bald exactly like my paternal grandfather).

Around one year back, I did have small signs of hair receding. The problem is, the receding hairline has become so much more prominent after I shaved my hair (these pictures are from yesterday, after trimming them from long locks). I don't have a picture from around a year back where you'll be able to see the hairline since I had long hair that almost completely covered my forehead..

I don't see much hairfall on my pillow, it must be really less since I don't notice it at all. My genetics are pretty decent, mom started losing hair a few years back and dad started losing it in his 30s.

So if your mom is thinning and you dad started at 30, chances are you MAY be following in their footsteps. If you don't want to DO anything about it, grow your hair out....

So there is...nothing I can do about it other than growing my hair so that others can't see it. But then, will all this shed in the next 5-6 years or does this grow back too?

If the hair around the temples has shed, is there ANY chance that it might grow back without external interference like medication?

I don't have answers to these questions. Maybe you should see a dermatologist.

What I do know, is that if your hair loss IS caused by MPB, then it will NOT grow back, on it's own.
