On Rogaine about 7 months...Want some opinions.
Hey guys, new to the forum. Struggles definitely real that we’re here. But just want some opinions on my situation. I’ve been on rogaine foam about 7 months and all it’s done is receded my temples further. I took rogaine once before my 7 month stint for about 6 months and definitely saw improvement. Got off and for about a month and the hairline receded a bit. Now back on it and it seems it’s receded even further. Think I should stick with it. I know it says in a lot of places to do it for a year. But it’s hard making that judgement call when they say you begin to see results 3-6 months in. Let me know what you think. Thanks guys.

Once you start rogaine and see results you need to stay on it or most likely will get a shed. The recession could be from stopping. I would say on it...i've been on it for 20 years and the only time I went off of it I got a massive shed.

Right I understand that but I’m saying that I had a massive shed and got back on and have been shedding since on it, my hairline has receded even more. I’m saying do you think I’m responding to it and I’m going to get regrowth again? Or time to get off it

If you had a good response the first time I would stay on it. It might be slowing down recession you would of gotten regardless of rogaine.
