I am 50 years old, been on Finasteride for 20 years.

Is my chest fat in proportion to my belly fat, or does this look like something more sinister?

I stopped finasteride 1 year ago as I was worried it was causing my man boobs.

I want to resume finasteride and I'm thinking I may as well get back on it, as the man boobs probably won't go away now - I figure I may as well have hair on my head if that's the case.

Get a professional medical opinion bro, it's the only way to be sure.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, in some you look fine, in others it might be worth getting checked over for it
