18 is it diffuse or normal?

Hello,
I've been stressing about it for a while now and decided to come here to ask around.
Does it seem like diffuse to you or should i not stress about it too much?
maybe normal thinning?
hairline seems ok just this part way seems a bit weird to me, i think the sides of the path looks fine too
