Laser Hair Treatments

Well, I know the clinics are raking in fortunes... I have not seen anyone in person who actually has any success.

If you only use LLLT, you're not going to see any kind of results (I didn't). However, if you use as a sort of "add-on" to your current regiment, which should include either Finasteride or Minoxidil, then yeah, it's a great addition. Minoxidil + Ketoconazole shampoo + LLLT + Derma roller worked out very well for me.
According to a study made by NCBI, patients who used Minoxidil along with dermaroller had much better results than people who used Minoxidil alone. Ketoconazole shampoo work by reducing the inflammation caused by Minoxidil while LLLT is known to activate the hair follicle and therefore regrow your hair a little bit faster.
To sums it up, LLLT does not work for hair loss if its the only thing you're going to use but is a great addition to a current hair loss regiment.
