Are you losing density throughout your scalp, or just in your temples?

If I were you I'd switch to name brand Merck Propecia 1mg or Proscar 5mg (quarter the tablet) to eliminate the possibility of having an inconsistent source of finasteride in your system. Try that for six months and evaluate. If that doesn't change anything stick to it just for peace of mind.

The minox might help but I don't like the idea of upping the dosages of something that is not that common to find. What if you have a hard time getting that kind of dosage for any reason? Stick to the more easily found dosages because if you, for any reason, have a problem keeping your dosage consistent you can say goodbye to any gains or maintenance you've achieved.

You might want to consider PRP six months after you switch your finasteride. Find a doctor that has shown results because i've seen PRP thicken temples.

Im losing mainly at temples and hairline and a little bit at superior scalp area....you might be right about finasteride brand because i am taking generics and when i Was taking propecia it worked very good.
I dont know anything about prp but im going to ask for any doctor to apply it at my town.
Do you think it is possible to regrowth at frontal areas??

        Thanks for your answers....

          Comparative

This is the comparative of my hair today and two years ago....the decrease in density is evident and depresing. i need to do anything to recover my scalp. i am going to change the generic finasteride to Propecia and I will wait 6 months to hope improvements. I am thinking to take avodart 0,5 one day a week too. I will try to take a control of my diet, dont to smoke or to drink, take any vitamins and to pray....

I agree any advise...thank you partners.

Frankly, those photos don't do much to show your issue. The first photo was taken with a flash and it makes your hair look thicker than it really is, compared to the second image without a flash. Learn to take better photos before you get too far along with this. You can use my guide here...

But yes, give it some time and your nutrition approach is solid, do some more reading on avoiding sugars and too many carbs, eating "clean" by avoiding meats that are not truly organic, etc. Learn about internal inflammation and the causes, and how to reduce it. This guy is my hero.

              Thank you Joe!!
It is very hard to see how your scalp is thinning...im having very bad days hair and it seems like my general density is lowing very fust. Nevertheless i dont appreciate to have a shedding. I dont understand what is happening to me. It is possible a syncronithed reposeing phase...maybe autumn??? I dont know wath else i could to do.
I changed from generic finasterida to Propecia and thinking to add dutas one day a week...thanks...
