What type of hair loss does this look like?

Title says it all. Not a huge family history of male pattern baldness at a young age. Pretty rapid onset of diffuse thinning in the front left side. Could this by thyroid, breakage, etc? I’m 19 and have been using rogaine now for 5 months but only once a day. Could some of those hairs along the hairline be regrowth?
