    To do what?

    Light coverage? 1000.

    High density? 2200.

    Strip or FUE?

    You have fine hair and from the bad angle of the photo your donor looks like it has very low, below average, density so a hair transplant might not be a good idea.

      FUE, reasonable coverage. So if my hair is fine, is is just best to live with it?

        Well, it is always best to live with it as that is the only guarantee you get of not having a screwed up result. But, there is a lot more to it than that and your photo is only one photo. I could be wrong so it would be best if you could upload a series of pics (if you want general input) and of course get the opinion of some qualified doctors, starting with those found on the IAHRS. Follow this tutorial on how to take photos if you don't already have a set to share.
