Well, it is always best to live with it as that is the only guarantee you get of not having a screwed up result. But, there is a lot more to it than that and your photo is only one photo. I could be wrong so it would be best if you could upload a series of pics (if you want general input) and of course get the opinion of some qualified doctors, starting with those found on the IAHRS.
