Hello just wondering if I’m going bald IM CONFUSED

Hello! I’ve always had short hair. And kinda thin hair since I was a kid. I’ve also had a widows peak since I was an infant. I grew out my hair a little when I was 18 (19 now) and noticed I was losing hair which I’ve never noticed before. Also I’ve always have had bad hairline but I think it might be worst? I can’t tell. What do you think? Also no one in my family is bald. But there’s no one with hair like me. I would take anything to avoid going bald. So lemme know what to dooooo. Don’t let me go bald guys. Please. Or help me slow it down here’s some before and after pics! First 2 are from 3 years ago. Second 2 are from today

The easiest way to tell will be to retake those newer pictures in a few months, recreating the lighting, angle, style, length, etc. as best you can to see if there are any noticeable differences. Or, just see a dermatologist who can look more closely at your density to see if there are signs of thinning.

But, from what I can see it doesn't look like your hairline has changed much, if at all. It's normal to shed as part of each hair's natural growth cycle, so unless you begin to see a noticeable difference in your hairline or crown I wouldn't worry too much about that. Also it's worth keeping in mind that if you do see some changes, that could just be what we call a maturing hairline which is fairly common for men in their late teens or early 20s. Basically it's a very mild form of balding, where your hairline (usually temples) recedes a little bit- but usually stops there until they're older.

Again, what I'd recommend is retaking those pictures every couple of months to look for changes and/or seeing a dermatologist. If you do have thinning/recession it's very mild.

    My opinions are my own.

Thank you so much for responding. I have gone through the most stressful time of my life the past couple months. So this might be why it feels thin to me. But is it possible I started receding at 15? Before these photos. Why is my hairline like that? Is that normal?

The pics are so small, and of such low resolution, it is impossible to tell. Having pics to compare would also be helpful.
