We are ending 2017, how are the new Treatments coming along?

I like to check this forum once every 2 years or so to be updated on the whole hair loss treatment and every time I leave disappointed, we have been on a hiatus for decades now. So, this time, instead of scouring dozens of topics, I decided just to open my own and ask:

What's new for 2017? Are treatments still Fin/Mino? Anything that I should keep an eye out for the future?
