That looks quite ok, its normal to have a crown just like this picture, it seems really early in your progression to tell your predetermined
hair pattern, If you notice your thick strands of hair starting to miniaturise then you may well be balding , keep that photo for reference.
keep in mind medical treatments wont stop balding, they only slow down your progression,
I have been treating my hair loss since i was 18, I am now 26.
I have been using laser cap, 7% minoxidil and 1mg finasteride.
I have kept a Norwood 2 pattern thus far, my brother didn't treat his balding and he is now Norwood 7 (horseshoe) pattern (my brother is only 1 year older than me).
