Strange unexplained thinning
Hey all,
Bit of background I'm a 26 yo with no history of male pattern baldness on my maternal side but with on my paternal side.
I have struggled with anxiety for many many years now and wonder if this has an impact on my hair.
Basically my hair seems to be thinning at the front centre only. Apart from that my hair seems to be very thick and no change to my hairline .
Just wondering if the thin patch at the front is caused by stress? If so I should probably bring it up with the Dr or is it just the start of me going bald. I do have a cowlick either side of this patch which I've had all my life
Many thanks in advance,
Joseph.

Visit a dermatologist. This will save you time and confusion. If you realize that it is indeed MPB, it can be 1) treated or 2) let nature run its course.
If it is MPB and you decide to treat it, there is something called ''The big Three'' which consists of 1) Minoxidil, 2) Nizoral and 3) Propecia.
If it is not MPB, adjust your lifestyle (eat better, etc), and reassess in a few months.
