Default Do i have Telogen effluvium or it's just me denying reality?

    1) Sorry for the lack of pictures, i really don't even have a cellphone.

    2) I'm 21 years old.

I've always suffer from anxiety but i didn't have any problem, but then, early this year, A LOT of things happened, I had to go many times to the hospital within 2-3 months to do a lot of test because i was having arryhtmias and a problem in my head, this stressed me so much that i started having fasciculations !! I googled about it and the first thing i saw was ALS, i was shocked, i started having panic attacks almost every single hour and suicidal thoughts, then my pet died, and as a plus i was dealing with the fact that im gonna leave my country and left my family and friends behind. All of this just starting the year in a short period of time.

Then, Like 4 months after that i was doing OK, more and less, but my hair was A LOT thinner, now, is even thinnier, these last times that i went to the barber the amount of hair in my head was a lot less... I googled again, and i found that this could be a a side effect of the stress (i still have ocasional palpitations and fasciculations from that event, but are not that many and i easly forget about it)

Now when it comes to genetics, all of the males of my family mother/father still have a hair with any problem at there 40-50 even, my grandpathers were hairless, but they lost there hair gradually over the years, starting from already old.

    NOTE:
    1) The area where i'm losing hair is the crown of my head.

    2) I can't afford a doctor to tell me if it is or not, from the country i live we only get about 8$ per month of work. Those 8$ are just for food honestly. But thanks.

How i can tell it is Telogen effluvium? After how much time or which event should i just forger that idea?
