Is this a cowlick or balding???

I'm 18 and I'm a bit paranoid that I'm balding. It looks like a cowlick but I just wanna be sure. It's also worth mentioning my hairs a bit messed up since I rubbed my head against my pillows a couple times. Any insight helps! Thank you'
