15yo with helipad on a forehead

So ima 15yo with pretty big forehead and my hairline is receding since 2014. Everywhere else its good, no balding at crown etc. Is regrowing hair possible in this situation?

I would consider hair oils and a shampoo Ketaconazole based, Regenepure DR. Also check your diet, acidic based diet is know to regulate more type 2 DHT.
