end of the road - what to do?

evening all - bit shitty but 10 years alter 17- 27 my hair is gone

its been very slow and progressive been covering it with nanogen fibres up until this year when I have no hair for them to stick to so essentially pouring powder onto my scalp lol

I have plans for a ht in december with dr tayfun in turkey but im wondering if it is my best choice atm - once i shave it off it will be apparent I am bald to everyone and when it grows in I know i will not have full coverage so bit awkward however at this stage im sure what to do

ive left it so late i doubt i really have much choice not on fin etc my hair loss is well some days i loose nothing other days i may loose 6 hairs or arund 10 most on bad days il loose about 16 or so but rarely

pics are attached im essentially a nw5/6 been quoted 2900 grafts and 1000 chest and beard as donor not great,

just wondering what to do really
