19 year old suddenly rapid hairloss

This started happening at just the beginning of September and has been going on till this day. Ive had some hairloss issues since before summer 2016, but now it turned into a new level.

I currently have a bit of receeding hairline, and my hair is naturally wavy so it was easy to hide the temples. I had my all time best hair this August, where it was very thick, and almost no hair fall at all. Think it was because my diet was on point, i worked out alot and didnt shower the hair much. I usually massaged my head alot to increase bloodflow, and sometime also used oils. I Kept it as natural as possible and didnt use much chemicals.

Then suddenly i started noticing alot of hair fall when i messaged my hair, and noticable thinning some days after. At first i thought this must be like a normal thinning period, and will probably better after a week or two. It didn't, some days it slowed down but others, i would lose hair every time i stroked my hair where i found 1-2 hair, but when i messaged it i found 4-6 hairs everytime i stroked it like 3-4 times, then it would go down to 1-2 hairs, and at the end no hairfall.

My hair is noticble thin now at the middle of the scalp, no where else really alot. Got any tips for what this could be? Would really appreciate some feedback.
