Minoxidil Shed Decent Hair Now New Hair Popping Up Is Peach Fuzz

So, I've definitely shed a lot from Minoxidil just in the area I applied it. Now the hair that came back is peach fuzz. Will this hair return to the same thickness as the hair that was shed or better? Or did I just screw up the left side of my hairline the only area I've applied it?
