Nizoral shampoo hair thinning reversible?

Hello everyone,
I started using Nizoral shampoo a few weeks ago with good success initially, I left it in overnight because I read that for the keto to really get absorbed and have its anti-DHT effect on the scalp it would need to be left in overnight instead of the recommended 15-30mins.

I did this every other day (so three or four times a week) My hair became much thicker and denser at first!

But now it has thinned quite badly and even a little shedding.

Has anyone experienced thinning from nizoral and did it reverse when you stopped?
