Bodybuilding Vs Weightlifting/powerlifting -

    Default Bodybuilding Vs Weightlifting/powerlifting

    What do you think will cause more hairloss: Bodybuilding (building muscle hypertrophy), or Weightlifting/Powerlifting (improving a maximum weight one time).
    For comparison, both are performed natural of course.

    What are your thoughts?

    I don't think that while doing Body building vs Weightlifting will not effected to hairloss. Because, lot of people will do gym to make there body Fit and Health. Hair Loss is depend on there family Backround like Grand Father, Father like that it make cause other wise lot of people put caps(ex: Crickets have lot of hair loss using helmet and caps i ground) based on this will cause more hairloss. Based on body building will not cause hairloss. This is my thought.

    bodybuilding = focus on aesthetics and size. strength gains are for the purpose of progressive overload for hypertrophy

    powerlifting = focus on strength. size gains are for the purpose of lifting heavier weights

    weightlifting = what you do when you're in the gym

    imo bodybuilding and powerlifting overlap in many respects, but are entirely different sports. sort of how a figure skater and a hockey player (not saying either sport is like figure skating) both need strong ice skating fundamentals, but compete in completely different activities.
