Finasteride 1 month and i have concerns :(

I started finasteride 1 month ago and i noticed my hairline receding sped up and within 3 weeks i could see my hairline getting boxed in from all angles

Side effects are an up and down libido, reduced semen and occasionally penis shrinkage

My tortesterone seems about average, no greasy skin and apart from a few tiny pumps on scalp i don't really get any spots.

And i only just noticed today that my eyebrows are looking abit thin also as if i just plucked one side of each out. now maybe its in my imagination but i always thought i had quite thick eyebrows

I am very concerned, this is scary stuff and every day i am contemplating quitting because i could be killing my hair and not know it

Every day a scalp itch that started when i first took finasteride reminds me that whatever this is isn't stopping yet.

Could someone give me some encoragement to keep going or if this sounds bad at least tell me now because i am emotionally driving myself crazy with this decision.
