So ive been messaging my scalp for some time now, and so some great results. Hair got alot thicker, but recently 1-2 weeks ago every time i rubbed my head i started noticing more hair shedding. Normally everytime i stroke my hair with my fingers i can find 1-2 hairs, but after message i can find 4-5 hairs. Is this normal? And can i maybe prevent it? Havent noticed big difference aswell, maybe a bit thinner in some regions.

On average, we shed about 100 hairs a day. This is normal and natural and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Not only are the extra hairs you're seeing normal, it also doesn't seem particularly odd to me that you would shed more when massaging/applying more pressure than if you're gently running your fingers through it. I think you're totally fine.
