Hair Transplant Options for Slowly Progressing Hairloss
I am curious about the transplant (or perhaps other treatment) options for someone with a slow but steady progression of hairloss. I have included a link to pictures of my maternal grandfather's hairloss over the course of his lifetime, and as you can see it progressed slowly but completely.
Since my father has his juvenile hairline still in his 50s, I'm assuming I take after my grandfather. I do not like my hairline and am interested in future transplantation, but I'm concerned that after the transplant, I would merely lose hair behind the hairline.
What are the options for patients with this pattern of hairloss?
