Hairloss in 16's, helpppp

I used to have lots of thick hair. Then, last year, I found a biotin supplement for hair, skin , and nail growth in the house, then i started taking it for about 1 and a haft month. After that, i discontinue taking it, then experiencing hair loss, now, I dont have lots of hair, but i dont see my hair miniaturize, my hair is thick, but not that full on the top. I can now see my scalp unlike before. I dont know what to do.
