Propecia Infertility?

I've been on propecia for around 4 years, I've completely stabilised my hair. I'm a Norwood one, I began medication on first signs of thinning on the hairline. Possibility I may of confused the thinning with the process of a maturing hairline

I'm worried about suffering with Infertility my sperm quality is watery, and clumps are jelly like.
Before use my sperm was thick and white? Could this be a prostate problem? Anyone still able to conceive whilst on propecia? Anyone have the same problem and sperm went back to normal after stopping propecia?

Would love to hear everyone's experiences and input.

I had been on it 10 years and my wife conceived TWINS at very first attempt. I think its a fertility medication….
