Scalp Relief Mean Regrowth on Finasteride?

I ahve been on finasteride for about 3 months. I have a mild shed compared to some of the stories I have heard. I am starting to see some thinning, but that is on par with what most people see when starting from what I have read.

My question is, have others felt relief on their scalp and would that mean that I have more potential to regrow hair? I would often get tingling sensations and sometimes would feel actual pain on my scalp before finasteride. I still get some tingling, but it feels like my scalp has been away at a spa for the weekend for the most part.

Does this change in sensation mean that finasteride will be effective?
