    Thinning?

Is this the start of thinning or is it all in my head..

I have a part in my hair by the crown which seems to have become more visible. I never previously looked at my hair's condition up until at the start of the year when I realised my hair had started receding a little. I'm 19 and currently look to be a solid Norwood 2. I don't have any major thinning going on at the temples but it has moved from a 1 to a 2 and I'm freaking out about it potentially moving further. I'm not sure if my hair was always like this on the crown as my hair was very thick and dense on top so I never bothered to check. It's still seems thick now but I do shed quite a lot of hair too. I shed between 20-40 hairs when shampooing and I lose around 100 hairs a day. I know this is considered a normal amount however I see people going crazy over losing 10 hairs in a shower. Tempted to use finasteride soon as I'm simply not willing to risk losing more hair. My grandfather is a Norwood 2.5/3 at 70, he didn't start recession until mid-late twenties and retained a Norwood 2 from there on until his 60's when he moved into a 3. Also started thinning out slightly (likely due to old age). My father's hair is the shit, plain and simple. He didn't recede until 30's and has a great super solid thick Norwood 2 at 45. The only major concern is my great grandfather on my maternal grandmother's side who was Norwood 6 by 45. My grandmother's brother was also Norwood 6 and it's worrying me as my mum's hair is more my grandmothers meaning mine obviously is too. My crown also sits in the same place as my grandmother where as my mother's sister is the opposite (resembles more my grandfather's hair). I know I'm being very detail orientated here but I'm trying to provide you with as much relevant information as possible. My father's brother is different to him however, he was Norwood 3 at 45 and started greying in his 30's.
I feel like the odds are against me here as I'm not following the family pattern as I've receded earlier than them. Going Norwood 6 scares the shit out of me because it will likely progress by a considerable amount by the time I'm 25.
