Nw 6 or nw7 pattern,weird hairloss

I dont lose hair anymore like 2 years,but my back of head still a bit thinning,so i want to know if this is nw6 or nw7 pattern.If short it looks like receding is huge,but longer dont look so bad.It seems hairloss is a bit patchy.I want to get hair system or HT in future.I dont take any medications.Nobody in my family tree is below nw5.
