Nice work dude. Looking at your initial pictures I really didn't think you had much hope, but if you get the crown filled in well, then as you say a third one for extra density, providing you keep it short on the back and sides, you could achieve the look of a full head of hair.

By the way, WTF is going on with your bathroom ceiling ?
It's a really old piece of shit house. Thank God we're moving out this spring.

Thanks. Yep, 2 more already planned out. Hopefully the next one with be as good as the first. They told me afterwards they were able to get a lot more hair than they had thought they could, so hopefully it'll be like that again. My donor hair is pretty damn thick.

Just Shave you head. You would look great! I had a HT at 24 and now at 52 regret it.

In my opinion I think it's looking pretty good so far, but there is more hair to grow yet since I have like 6 more months left till I hit my 1 year mark so I have hopes for a little more density. Then next year I'm getting the crown done and possibly a 3rd for even more density. I think I should be able to get some good results after it's all done.
I am considering PAI in Nashville and Dr. Waesche is one of the three surgeons there.
