M shaped hair line!! Am I balding or maturing

Hi guys,my name is hiren I'm from india.im aged 14 and had a widows peak since I could remember but after shaving my head recently It seemed like my hairline is receding so guys please help me with my problem .Am I balding?
... should I use some medicines?? I have dandruff problems too if that matters.please help me
