I know it is about confidence and how you carry yourself etc. but we are all judged initially on our looks aren't we? A woman or anyone for that matter is not going to discern your level of confidence or self esteem by just looking at a picture and a short profile. They judge mostly on looks/physical appearance. So that said, us bald guys are at a disadvantage. But I would like to hear some stories.

Absolutely right...our societly judge a person with his/her look first and then with their nature. There are also movies mainly on the baldness with the main character bald in it and other people make fun of him. That's so wrong. Look at The Rock, Vin Diesel, and other actors.
