Avodart / Finasteride shed
Been on finasteride for about 8 months, i couldnt really tell if i had a shed on finasteride because i shaved my hair down to a grade 2/3. Hair loss background is that i had some thinning on the crown and when my hair grew out longer it felt and looked a lot thicker which was good but I opted for something which was more potent and switched to avodart over a month a go and I believe I am experincing a shed but im unsure. I would love to hear about people who have experinced shed on either form of medication. Also what type of hairs were shed? e.g thick or thin because a fair few seem to be thick hairs and thats really freaking me out

Dr Representative
Very common to shed especially on any new hair loss medication.
