Default where to go online or elsewhere for 'cool' head wear

I will be appearing in a band on stage after over 12 years of 'retirement' I'm approx a Nor'4-5 and not ready to expose myself just yet. Id like to find a great place to purchase head wear that isn't necessarily a beret or a fedora. Suggestions??

I've seen a number of musicians wearing beanies at shows. I think it would get extremely hot and uncomfortable but it's definitely an option if you're not comfortable exposing your head, and it seems to be a trend at the moment.

Urban Outfitters has some other trendy and inexpensive options: http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban...pushId=&popId=

Also, you could always just go with a bandanna.

    Thumbs up

An open weave fedora is cool and you can’t go wrong with a hip beanie.

I have been looking back on some of the old threads that i had created many years ago.
    This one from 5-17-2010,
"where to go online or elsewhere for 'cool' head wear"

I remember the great time that we had played that gig on stage,
playing and singing in the band (the good band we had long ago)
I did wear a nice cap that evening of the gig.
I considered wearing a bandanna at that gig but I decided not to.
(I have always liked wearing bandanas way before I had hairloss)
    Back then in 2010:
"...I'm approx a Nor'4-5 and not ready to expose myself just yet"
Not too long after that period of time , I started to ACCEPT the hairloss that I was having.
I hated the hairloss but I would not ALLOW it to ruin my life.
We all hate hairloss of course.
We can not allow our hair issues to affect of lives,
there are many different ways to DEAL with it in a positive attitude of course.

Again, my friends and I had a GREAT time playing that gig in 2010.
I was wearing my cap and had no concerns about it.

CIT_Girl and Winston gave me nice responses.. I wonder if they are still here.

I see your from chicago , im from the northern suburbs . My choice of hat has always been one from oakley, the sunglass company. I know you said not a baseball hat but, they have a nice assortment of hats in different colors and designs that have a nice fitted look . There is an oakley store in woodfield mall and one at gurnee mills . I have been hiding my bald head under one of these for 20 years .
    Happy hunting

    Hi Cartech78!

The cap that I wore was a good one.
I still do wear a cap and at times bandanas too. (I love bandanas since I was in my 20s)
At times, I do not wear any of them to cover my scalp.
I am accepting of how my hairloss is for right now. I know that it is being improved upon though.
Of course, I hate hairloss, like everyone else does,
BUT, I wont allow it to hurt my feelings or to hold be back from anything in my life.

Have a good day, Cartech78 and everyone else.
