    Minox and Propecia.

Propecia may help you regain a lot of lost ground-- but it may make things worse before it gets better. You have to be prepared for that.

Propecia also has its share of risks and side effects. Research completely and know what you're getting in to before taking.

You're too young for a transplant and a hairpiece should be out of the question.

That leaves shaving your head-- if you can pull this look off, its a way to go.

    So-- 3 options:

    1). Get on meds
    2). Shave your head
3). Do nothing and consider a transplant down the road when surgery becomes an option

A hairpiece will not solve your hair problems-- you will just be trading one set of problems/concerns for another. So I would not consider that an option.

Your hair is VERY fine, and thin. I would consider buzzing, and then maybe shaving. Drugs rugs and plugs, almost NEVER look like your natural hair. And it's lots of $$$!

Shaving it frees you to move on with your life.
