20 yo, need some advice
I'm 20 years old and have diffuse thinning, but lost more hair on the crown. My hairline is perfect. Almost all men in my family are bald, so most certainly I will be bald too. I don't want to start finasteride because of the side effects (you can never be sure) and besides I don't like using meds, like to recover from almost everything naturally.
Here's what I need. I know I can't regrow my lost hair back, probably, but I want to slow down the process. I'm under a lot of stress, but will try to work on that too. So, will using some kind of oil and good shampoo help, or some kind of mix? I will work on my diet too and start training again and do massage on the scalp. Will that slow down the process and make the hair look a bit thicker, if possible. Any advice will be appreciated.

Are you taking any supplement?

Hate to say this, use medications.
I wasted too much time in my twenties, not using medications.
After some time, unfortunately, you WILL NOT be able to grow your hair back.
Sad but true.
