Hair loss from lack of sleep/ stress, my treatment regime
Hi everyone, I want to share my story and get some feedback as I am a total novice.
Always had a great head of hair except it went grey in my late twenties. I'm now 38.
It's been receding for a while but hasn't been too bad, but unfortunately I've had a nightmare experience living in a terrible flat for 3 months where I had 3-4 hours of disturbed sleep per night and had massive anxiety due to failed interviews and a break up.
As a result I seem to have receded badly in that time.
So through a massive struggle I managed to find other accommodation and am sleeping again now for 6-8 hours per night. I'm more relaxed and have more energy. However I can't seem to cure my itchy scalp.
I started using some products at the end of June that I want to feed back on:
label.men by label.m Scalp Tonic 150ml - doesn't seem to do much, isn't oily and has alcohol in it, am considering stopping its use.
FolliOne 200 ml Premium Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo - occasionally get a tingling feel after showering with it.
Seboradin Men Lotion Anti Hair Loss Treatment Thinning Receding Hairline 200ml - spraying this stuff on once a day, active ingredient is Procapil.
I haven't noticed any effects yet but am considering that they might be just clogging up the follicles by rubbing all this crap in... maybe I'm better off just leaving it and saving for a hair transplant. Any tips? Maybe the itchy scalp isn't helping either.

Start medication right away. Don't waste time with shampoos.
I'm sorry, but it's a complete waste of your money. Also, over washing your hair will make you lose
hair faster.
Your hair loss is slow, so that is something you have going for you. Even with a hair transplant though, if you
want to save the hair you have left, you still need to jump on meds.

It's better to go for a treatment instead of wasting your time on useless products and chemicals these are nothing but there main motive is to earn money by making fool of innocent people.

There are options, instead of the usual get on medication asap.

Thanks for your replies guys, about 2 years ago I took finasteride 1mg daily for around 3 weeks. In that 3 weeks I have never been so productive and had such focus, however I had zero sex drive and getting an erection was difficult.
Any other types of medication I could try?

Trying any medicine would create a mess. Everyone tries medicines at their own risk, but they don't what side-effects they can get from these medicines. However, medication should be taken under proper medical supervision by an experienced hair restoration expert.

Try Saw Palmetto, pumpkin seed and B vitamin internal complex. As well as a topical combination of saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil leave in over night with a shower cap on. Its working for me.
Shampoos won't do much, they don't spend enough time on the head, just make sure its good quality so it doesn't do any harm.
