Default Doing everything I can, still losing hair.

Hey everyone, first post. Just needed some advice.
Background: I'm a 22 y/o guy who's about a Norwood three, starting diffuse. I've been on Propecia for almost a year and minoxidil and Nizoral for 2. I've been on Dutasteride for almost 4 months.
I'm taking 5mg of Propecia a day, .5mg of Dutasteride twice a say, and liquid minoxidil in the mornings and foam at night.
My hair loss hasn't stopped, slowed down, or gotten any better. My temples keep going back and every time I run my hands through my hair, I lose about 10-20 hairs.
I'm so tired of stressing about it and feeling helpless. This has ruined my life. I have no desire to accomplish anything. I don't want to go another 60 years like this.
Am I completely screwed? Is there any hope for me?

Just out of curiosity, have you jumped straight to medication before trying natural ways to stop your hair loss? I believe if you reduce your stress, health healthy and workout on a regular basis your body will produce less DHT, which is one of the main cause of hair loss. Buy Saw Palmetto supplements (It's only a couple of bucks), change your diet and try some relaxation method to reduce stress; Yoga is a great example.

Another reason you're still experiencing hair loss might be because you're going heavy on the medications. Have you talked to a dermatologist about your regiment? Does he know your regiment and does he agree it's the best thing for you and your health?

One last thing - Have you tried low-level laser therapy (LLLT)? It's a new technology, it's expensive and so far from what I understand it only works on than 30% of patient who used it. If you want to read more about LLLT, check out this article: https://www.groomingadepts.com/how-t...air-naturally/
