28 years old East African male thinking about FUT HELP!

Hi guys,

I'm 28 years old East African male . I'm currently experiencing receding hairline and temples . I would like to add pics but I don't know how as I'm new to this forum . My dad is bald so I know that this is genetics. But I was wondering at 28 can I get FUT . And who's the best doctor in Europe when it comes to African males with curly hairs . My curls are not too tight . I'll appreciate any advice
