dermaroller and dt therapy/supplements

HELLO,
Sorry in advance for my English.
I'm 37 years old Norwood 6 who apparently woke late ... (Balding from the age of 22 and all the years I've only used Minoxidil)

My regime for about a month is:

Minoxidil foam every evening
Mix oils 5 times a week (jojoba, castor, emu, coconut, lavender and rosemary, 95% ethanol)
Nizoral shampoo twice a week
Sue Palmetto 320 mg every other day
Drama Roller 1.5 every two weeks
Supplements: daily msm, multivitamin, galatin, biotin 5000 mg.

I have two questions and I would be very grateful if you could help:


1. I think to add to my regimen the massage method Detumescence Therapy. Should i use every day except the days after wownding? How do you combine treatments?

2. Do I need to take the supplements (gelatin, msm, biotin ...) in the days after the use of a roller or wait a few days
