    Quit Minoxidil before quitting Propecia?

Hi. Been on Minoxidil for a year in the end of July. Been on Propecia 8 months now. Hair has only became worse, so I'm thinking about quitting minoxidil.

Should I start using it every other day for a while before i stop completely? Have for one more month if I do that.

Have Propecia for 4 more months. Not sure if I should continue minoxidil 4 more months along with Propecia or just stop it before?

    Thanks.

Wouldn't give up. Just use foam.

You know it takes months before the "initial" shed wears off.

Stick with Finasteride though. It's more beneficial than Minoxidil.

Guess i'm afraid to see even more shedding by quitting Minox, I'm sure it hasen't helped, but I want to give the Propecia another 4 months. So if I end up with more shedding I may not see if Propecia could help.
I'm currently at the point where it doesn't matter if I maintain or going completly bald as I have been losing a lot the last 5-6 months, I need to regrow atleast that or I may just quit treatments and shave it off.

Less than two mounths left before I have been a year on Propecia.
Today I shaved my hair as it's only has become thinner and thinner.
Going to stop the Minoxidil treatment today, going to use whats left of the Propecia only because I have it.

Start taking 4,000 mg of taurine, it will minimize the shock loss from stopping minox. Ideally start two weeks before stopping.

To be honest I have given up all about treat my hair loss. Since I started Propecia I lost like 50% of my hair on top, I'm now a heavy diffuse thinned nw6-7, so there are no point to let it grow out anymore. If i lose even more as a result of quiting Minoxidil it doesn't matter. I will also stop using Propecia now, I don't know if I am a non-responder to Propecia or Propecia made me lose more hair, all I know is that my hair loss has been worse than ever while I was on this medication.
            Thanks.
